Ticket Refunds & Transfers •All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for general admission or VIP tickets unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. •Ticket transfers are allowed if you are unable to attend. You may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting our support team at info@theuktattooconvention.com at least 2 days before the event. •If the event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund. •If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement. 3. Vendor & Artist Booth Cancellations •Cancellation by Vendor/Artist: •30 days or more before the event – 50% refund of booth fee. •Less than 30 days before the event – No refunds. •Cancellation by Event Organizers: •If the event is canceled, vendors and artists will receive a full refund of their booth fees. •If the event is rescheduled, booth reservations will automatically transfer to the new date. If the new date is not suitable, vendors/artists may request a refund within 30 days. 4. Force Majeure The Docks Liverpool Tattoo and Arts Expo/ The UK tattoo convention ltd is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies. Including a venue map, setup times, and guidelines. •Check-In & Setup: •Vendors and artists must check in at the designated time on the event day to claim their booth space. Failure to check in by the time stated on the Saturday within the artists and traders manual, may result in forfeiture of the booth without a refund. 3. Merchandise Fulfillment (if applicable) •Pre-Ordered Merchandise: •Any merchandise purchased online for event pickup will be available at the designated booth or check-in area. •Customers must provide their order confirmation and a valid ID to collect their items. •Shipping (if applicable): •If merchandise is available for shipping, orders will be processed within 14 business days. Shipping times vary based on location. •Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped. 4.
